Delivery Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Whether you're in a major city or a remote area, we aim to get your beauty essentials to your doorstep.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Some remote or out-of-service areas may take a bit longer.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS. Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery across most areas in Pakistan.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel upon delivery.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner issues
  • High-demand seasons (e.g., sales, Eid, etc.)

We’ll keep you informed in case of any unusual delays.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is:

  • Delayed: Please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.
  • Damaged: Reach out within 24 hours of receiving the order, with clear pictures of the damage.
  • Returned to sender (due to failed delivery attempts): We may contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
