At Ajen Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every product you receive is in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of beauty and skin products, certain return and refund limitations apply.

Return Eligibility

To maintain hygiene and safety, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item.
  • The product was damaged, leaking, or broken upon arrival.
  • The product is expired or defective.

Please Note:
We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior notice or after the return window

Return Conditions

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue is required for approval.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received back (if applicable), we will offer one of the following:

  • A full refund to your original payment method (if prepaid)
  • A store credit or voucher for future purchases
  • Free replacement of the product (subject to stock availability)

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund process after approval.

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll arrange a free exchange at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact our team immediately.
